New York, United States (Remote)

Career.io is an online platform offering comprehensive career development services. Its flagship product, Resume.io, a subscription-based resume builder, attracts 3M monthly users.

Objective: Increase LTV of paying users.

Solution: Expanded the platform’s functionality with additional services covering the entire career development process, from career planning to resume building, job applications, interview prep, and coaching. Designed and launched: Recommended Jobs, Job Tracker, Explore Careers, Job Search Method, Career Profile, and Career Coaching.

Result: LTV increased by 15%, attracting new users seeking an all-in-one career solution.

2022 — 2024

Objective: Redesign the ATM operating system to improve user experience, reduce transaction steps, eliminate common issues like forgotten cards and long queues, and create an optimized touchscreen-based interface for modern ATMs.

Solution: User research identified key pain points, leading to the following improvements:
• Audio and visual alerts to prevent users from leaving behind cards or cash.
• QR code cash withdrawal for a fully contactless experience.
• Fewer steps per transaction, reducing screen interactions and processing time.

Result:
• Basic operations required 25% fewer steps, significantly reducing transaction time and ATM queues.
• Introduction of QR code withdrawals for a faster and more secure experience.

2022 — 2023

Remote

The Hole is a stand-up comedy streaming platform by Medium Quality, a production company known for tens of millions of views across platforms. The company aimed to migrate its audience from YouTube to its own service.

Objective: Improve MVP version UX and encourage user migration.

Solution:

• Feature analysis based on App Store reviews and user interviews.
• Defined & prioritized key features to enhance retention.

Result:

• Monthly active users grew from 100K to 1M in 6 months.
• Average weekly watch time increased from 1.5h to 3.5h per user.

2020 — 2021

Moscow, Russia

Sber Automotive Technologies is part of Sber, the largest IT corporation in Eastern Europe serving 100M+ users across its ecosystem, specializes in autonomous driving technologies.

Objective: Develop an automotive OS platform, integrating CAN bus connectivity for smart vehicle functions, with a long-term goal of powering Sber’s autonomous vehicles.

Solution:

• Defined UI/UX principles for the onboard computer.
• Designed navigation, climate control, and media system interfaces.
• Created developer guidelines for third-party app integration.
• Collaborated with engineers & industrial designers on prototyping.

Result: Scalable OS design framework, ensuring a seamless user experience and future system expansion.

2016 — 2019

Moscow, Russia

Afisha is one of Russia’s top lifestyle & cultural media platforms and the largest movie ticketing service. The company sought to modernize its digital strategy and boost engagement across Afisha.ru (7M MAU) and Afisha mobile app (700K MAU).

Objective: Redesign & optimize web and mobile platforms to increase engagement, retention, and conversions. Was responsible for UX, branding, and advertising for Afisha Picnic, the largest (60K visitors) urban music festival, and developed a digital festival guide for several years.

Solution:

• Full redesign of Afisha.ru & Afisha app.
• Implementation of a unified design system.
• User research for audience insights.

Result:

• Time on site +71%
• Screens per session +26%
• Conversion rate +83%
• Mobile app conversion rate +300%
