Coffee Click develops and operates robotic coffee shops in Dubai and other Middle Eastern countries, reimagining the coffee-buying experience through automation.
Objective: Create an intuitive and efficient user experience that integrates ordering, preparation, and pickup into a single, seamless system. Optimize interactions across self-service kiosks and a mobile app to enhance scalability and efficiency.
Solution: Joining the project in its early stages, I collaborated with industrial designers and engineers to develop hardware prototypes and design the complete user experience and interaction logic between users and the robotic coffee system, including:
• End-to-end UX design – developed interaction logic for robotic coffee stations.
• Hardware + software integration – designed order processing terminals, notification systems, and an automated pickup interface.
• Mobile-first approach – created a mobile app for remote ordering and real-time drink tracking.
