A concept for an AI-powered platform that enables users to create structured video series through a unified workflow, leveraging generative video technologies.

Objective: Rethink the fragmented process of AI video creation by designing a seamless end-to-end experience that preserves narrative consistency and reduces manual effort.

Solution: Designed a concept where the entire video creation process is structured as a single guided workflow.
Script-to-video pipeline — users start with writing a script, then break it down into chapters and scenes
Scene-level generation — each scene is detailed, enriched, and used to generate video and sound
Context preservation — the system maintains narrative consistency across scenes and chapters
Unified experience — eliminates the need to switch between tools and reduces excessive copy-paste between AI services

The concept is based on testing multiple existing tools, where current workflows require significant manual effort and lack continuity between generated outputs.

The system generates a structured script, which is then broken down into chapters and scenes, each with detailed descriptions and voiceover, forming the foundation for video generation.

Objective: Reimagine the platform’s user experience by transforming a traditional SaaS interface into a next-generation AI-driven product.

Solution: Contributed to designing a new product concept based on an agent-driven approach, where the primary interface is built around interaction with AI agents:
AI agents as the core interface — chat-based interaction model where the agent acts as a copilot, simplifying user workflows
Custom agent builder — enabling users to create and configure their own AI agents
Contextualization — enriching agents with user data and domain expertise to improve translation quality
End-to-end workflows — designing translation, review, and localization processes within a chat-based interaction model

Result:
• More intuitive and flexible UX by shifting from tool-based → agent-driven interaction
• Simplified complex workflows by replacing multiple legacy SaaS screens with a unified chat interface

A platform for creating videos with virtual clothing try-on.
ZERO10 is a company developing virtual try-on technology and AR-based clothing overlays for the fashion industry.

Objective: Rethink ZERO10’s demo AR application and transform it into a полноценный product for a broader audience: video creators, stylists, fashion media editors, and end consumers of fashion brands.
The goal is to create a tool that not only showcases the technology but also enables content creation and interaction with digital fashion collections.

Solution: I designed a concept of a mobile AR video editor that combines virtual try-on and content creation within a single interface:
• Two usage modes:
— Real-time mode — live virtual try-on through the camera with the ability to record content
— Video editor — a full-featured timeline where AR outfits act as separate layers, enabling TikTok-style video editing
• AR as the core medium — clothing is applied to the user as a dynamic layer, integrated directly into the video creation process
• Content-first approach — focused on creating viral videos for social media and digital platforms
• Expanded use cases — evolving from a demo application into a tool for industry professionals and end users

From setting career goals to securing a job, the platform offers AI-driven tools to streamline the process. Its flagship product, Resume.io, 3 millions of users worldwide through a subscription model.

We focused on building AI-powered features that utilize job market data and user resumes:
• Data-driven personalization — aggregating job listings and resume data to generate relevant recommendations
AI-assisted resume optimization — providing contextual suggestions to help users adapt their resumes to specific job requirements
Resume editing & PDF generation — enabling users to create and edit resumes based on structured templates, with AI-driven suggestions, and export them as polished PDF documents

Objective: Increase user engagement and drive organic growth through social sharing.
The goal is to simplify how users showcase their wishlists and provide an easy-to-use tool for sharing them on social media, including scenarios for collaborative gifting (group donations for presents).

Solution: As part of the product development, I designed a built-in video editor that allows users to create shareable video stories in just a few clicks:
• Fast content creation — a simplified video editor with minimal steps
• Template library — ready-made video scenarios tailored for wishlist showcasing and group gifting
• Customization — the ability to edit and adapt videos to a specific list or occasion

Stand-up Comedy Streaming Platform

The Hole

The Hole is a stand-up comedy streaming platform owned by Medium Quality, a production company known for creating stand-up shows with tens of millions of views across various platforms. Previously, all shows were released on YouTube, but the company aimed to transition its audience to its own streaming platform.

Objective: I joined the project during its MVP stage, when an outsourced team had already launched a basic version of the platform. The key challenge transition a highly engaged YouTube audience to a standalone streaming platform while maintaining YouTube-level UX standards and providing enough incentive for users to switch.

Solution: Conducted in-depth feature analysis based on:
User research & feature analysis – Conducted App Store review analysis and user interviews to identify pain points and expectations.
Feature prioritization – Defined and implemented key functionalities that motivated users to migrate.
UX improvements – Enhanced usability to match or exceed YouTube’s experience.

Result:
• MAU growth from 100K to 1 million in just six months.
• Average weekly watch time more than doubled, from 1.5h → 3.5h weekly hours per user.

Context:

My first mobile app project, created as an experimental photo-editing tool while working at an advertising agency.

Objective:

Develop the most minimalist photo editing interface, where users swipe across the screen to smoothly transition between effects.

Result:

In the free version of the app, some filters were accessible through a social sharing mechanic, encouraging users to promote the app on their social media, while others were offered as in-app purchases.
